What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 4 weeks.
What is included in the cost of the rent?
All bills including: water, heating, electricity, high speed Wi-Fi and contents insurance.
What is provided in your single en-suite room?
All rooms are modern with en-suite and are packed with features such as a private bathroom, a comfortable three-quarter size bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi connected work space. Although room’s sizes vary, a typical room is 11 m 2.
Is the residence safe?
The residence provides a 24 hour on-site security and emergency team. There is a modern security entry system and CCTV in all major areas of the building. The area around the building was developed for the London Olympics and is therefore modern and well lit. With one of Europe’s biggest shopping centres and the Olympic Stadium right next door, you will be in one of the most modern and safest areas of London.
What is provided in the kitchen?
Kitchens are fully fitted, you will have cupboard storage space, a fridge freezer, oven and a microwave.
Is internet included?
Yes, there is free 30Mb wireless high speed internet in your bedroom and throughout the building. Upgrades are also available from reception for a small fee.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, there is free fortnightly cleaning of kitchens and common areas.
